A Documentary about the Szoboszlai Transfer is airing at Christmas

Finally, it is the end of Dominik Szoboszlai’s transfer case, The Hungarian national team player will continue his career at RB Leipzig, so next to Péter Gulácsi and Willi Orbán, he is the third player from Hungary to play for Julian Nagelsmann’s team from January. A documentary about the history and creation of the transfer was also made (more precisely, it is still in the making), which, thanks to Sport TV, will be available for everyone in December to watch. It will come out in two episodes.

The mini-series will show, how the 20-year-old football player got this far, and it also sheds light on whether Zinédine Zidane called him to lure him to Real Madrid or not. The two parts of the documentary about the midfielder „Szoboszlai Dominik – Egy átigazolás története” (Dominik Szoboszlai – The Story of a Transfer) can be viewed on Sport 1 on December 26 at 9 PM and on December 28 at 4:45 PM.

„Let’s face it, it’s not very common to make a documentary about someone at the age of twenty, but Dominik Szoboszlai deserved it. In a very short amount of time, he has stolen himself into the hearts of the fans and we are proud to be able to present the film about him. Of course, there is also the fact that we will soon be able to see his matches on Sport TV week by week. It is a huge thing, that a Bundesliga team, with three Hungarian players, is in competition to win the championship, also Dominik’s decision proves, that there is huge potential in the German league.” – said Pál Máté, editor-in-chief of Sport TV to sport1tv.hu.
