Another world star in Budapest! Living legend Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted on the terrace of the Four Seasons Hotel.
On Saturday evening, an index reader was on his way to a company event, and could hardly believe his eyes when he crossed Széchenyi Square in Budapest. His feet were not rooted to the ground by the candlelight procession of the World Eucharistic Congress, but by what he saw on the terrace of the Gresham Palace. At one of the tables, the world-famous actor Arnold Schwarzenegger was standing and taking pictures of the procession.
The former governor of California was wearing a mask and sunglasses, but their reader recognized him anyway and snapped two pictures before Schwarzenegger‘s bodyguard spotted him. The actor was having coffee with three men on the terrace of the Four Seasons Hotel, this time not in a ring of fans, so no one bothered him.
Arnold Schwarzenegger was a friend of world-famous Hungarian producer Andy Vajna, who died in 2019, and was speaking at Vajna‘s funeral. That year he visited Budapest a lot, as several scenes from “Terminator 6 (Terminator: Dark Fate)” were filmed there. He also appeared in the capital several times, for example, while cycling at the ice rink in the City Park or at the Flex Gym.
His next role will be in the upcoming Netflix spy series. According to the story, Schwarzenegger will play Monica Barbaro‘s father, with whom he and Monica work undercover for the CIA. By chance, they discover each other’s secrets and are forced to work together.
As for Arnold Schwarzenegger, this will be his first starring role in a series, and Monica Barbaro has already proven her skills in several crime series. She was seen alongside Tom Cruise in the action film “Top Gun: Maverick” and in the series “Detective Dex”.
